The Doctor of Musical Arts degree is a three year coursework degree. International students studying in the United States are not permitted to work while completing their studies, therefore Kym is currently raising funds to cover her tuition and living expenses while in the United States.If you would like to support Kym financially you can make a tax deductible donation to the Australia Cultural Fund, operated by the Australian Business Arts Foundation. This Fund was established to encourage people to donate to the arts and enable not-for-profit groups and individuals like Kym to benefit from this generosity. All donations are made to the Australia Business Arts Foundation (AbaF) which considers donor preferences when allocating grants. In the past six years more than $6 million has been donated to AbaF and granted in full to more than 300 artists and cultural organisations it is a great program for individuals like myself.
